Location is great. Short walk to the malls. next to it And with McD next to it is a big plus to have a quick meal. Service is prompt and friendly. The manager offered to help in the change of room as I had booked the double bed instead of twin bed.

Near to shopping mall like plaza senayan and Senayan City, just in walking distance. It is near to Tennis indoor senayan and GBK which you can walk around 10 to 15 minutes to reach there. Downstairs have MCD open for 24 hours so you don't have to worry about food.

Location is great if you have an event at GBK/JCC and like going to mall. Plaza Senayan and Senayan City is just across the street

Smooth check-in, they did not asked for deposit as stated before. Room upgraded for free, great location easy to go to 2 big malls, MRT, and concert venue.

Very supportive team members especially receptionist. Very close with others mall and easy for me Nd family to get foods and window shopping 🛍 😋 😊 ☺️ . Breakfast also nice and many choices. Basement 2 available for Muslim Jumaat Pray. Will choose this again for next business trip and leisure. Fully recommended

Price for an hotel in a strategic location Jakarta is good Location, easy to travel around Room is not bad at all with comfy bed great value for money

i love the location. near to the mall. the breakfast also have a variety of choices and delicious. the mcd is same level with the lobby. the staff really helpful
